Planner Apps Privacy.

This policy covers the ArtivicoLab planner apps — Life Planner, Budget Planner, Social Planner, and other planners built on the same pattern. They run in your browser and use your own Google Sheet as the backend. The short version: we run no server, we never receive your data, and your information lives on your own device and in your own Google account.

Who we are

The planner apps are created and operated by ArtivicoLab. Reach us any time via the contact page or at artivicolab@gmail.com.

What data the apps handle

Whatever you enter into a planner (tasks, budgets, transactions, posts, goals, and so on) is stored locally on your device in your browser (IndexedDB). If you choose to connect Google, that same content is also saved to a single spreadsheet the app creates in your own Google Drive, so it syncs across your devices and you keep a backup you own. We do not operate any server or database of our own, so your planner content is never sent to us or to any third party.

Google user data

Connecting Google is optional. When you connect, a planner requests the minimum access it needs:

• Google Drive — drive.file scope: access is limited to the single spreadsheet the app creates for you. The app cannot see, read, or touch any of your other Drive files.

Your Google sign-in token is stored only in your browser and is used only to talk to Google's APIs directly from your device. We never see, receive, or store it.

Limited Use disclosure

ArtivicoLab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the app's sync feature at your request.

How your data is used

Solely to provide the planner: to show, save, and sync the content you enter. That is it. We do not use it for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the app. (Note: the marketing pages on artivicolab.com use Google Analytics, but the planner apps themselves do not.)

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. It never leaves your device except to your own Google account, and only when you choose to connect.

Keeping and deleting your data

• Disconnect Google any time in the app's Settings.
• Delete the spreadsheet from your own Google Drive to remove the synced copy.
• Clear the app's data on a device (Settings, or your browser's site data) to remove the local copy.

Children

The planner apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Each planner also links its own privacy notice from its Settings and footer, with the same terms as this one scoped to that app. See the planners page for links to every app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top will change with it.
