What ArtivicoLab is

ArtivicoLab is a static-web research lab. This site publishes original web applications, landing pages, and website templates. Some are free to use in the browser; some are open-source and may be forked under the license posted with each project.

The lab ships two shapes of application: browser-only tools that never send your data anywhere, and bring-your-own-Sheet tools (starting with Life Planner) where the app is only an interface and your own Google Sheet is the backend. In both cases the lab does not operate a server that stores your entries and does not track your use.

Your use of the site

You may browse, share links to, and use the applications published here for lawful purposes. You may not: scrape at rate, reverse-engineer paid or licensed material, misrepresent the lab as your own work, or use the site to distribute malware or spam.

Intellectual property

All copy, mascot artwork, and site design on artivicolab.com are © ArtivicoLab. Individual applications and templates are licensed per project — check each project's repository or footer for the specific license. Where no license is posted, treat the work as All Rights Reserved.

No warranty

The site and the applications are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. Software has bugs; use what's published here at your own discretion.

Not professional advice

Some applications (invoice generators, contract builders, medical intake forms, legal / spa / contractor directories, lottery number tools, personal finance trackers) present information that may resemble professional advice. It is not. Consult a licensed attorney, accountant, doctor, or advisor for decisions that require one. The lottery generator is entertainment — no combination of numbers is more likely than any other.

Third-party links

The site links to applications hosted on separate domains and to external services (WordPress mShots, FormSubmit, Google Analytics, GitHub). We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.

Bring-your-own-Sheet apps

For apps that use a Google Sheet you own as their backend (Life Planner and future tools built on this pattern), you are responsible for the Sheet, the Google account that owns it, and any permissions you grant when connecting the app. The lab does not store your entries and cannot recover a Sheet you delete. Google's own terms and privacy policies govern how the Sheet is stored.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ArtivicoLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the applications published here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the lab's work evolves. Material changes will move the “last updated” date and be noted on the homepage briefly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
