Planner Apps Terms.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These terms cover the ArtivicoLab planner apps — Life Planner, Budget Planner, Social Planner, and other planners built on the same bring-your-own-Google-Sheet pattern. By using a planner you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

Your license

Your purchase grants you a personal, single-user, non-transferable license to use the planner. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish your access code, and you may not copy the app or create derivative works from it. All designs and content are original and protected by copyright owned by ArtivicoLab.

Your account and data

A planner runs in your browser and stores your data on your device and, if you connect Google, in a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for your own Google account, your device, and keeping your data backed up. We recommend connecting Google so you always have a copy you own.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and for your own personal planning. Do not attempt to break, abuse, or circumvent the app or its access controls.

Not professional advice

The planner apps are organizational tools for informational purposes only. They do not provide financial, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. Please do your own research and, if needed, consult a licensed professional before making decisions.

Warranty and liability

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtivicoLab is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the apps, including any loss of data. Your own Google Sheet backup is your safeguard against data loss.

Refunds

Because these are digital products, all sales are final. If something is not working, contact us first and we will help.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of an app means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
